Coast Guard counts each person aboard as a ticketed passenger, included
in the total capacity, no matter what their age.
If your scheduled
sail is cancelled due to inclement weather you will be able to
reschedule a sail for another date. Refunds are only given if
your scheduled sail is cancelled due to mechanical issues with
the vessel.
