Discover the historic Seaport District!

Adults with children ages 5–12 years old will create exciting projects that relate to the Museum's exhibitions and ships. Themes will include the island's geography and ecology, life in New Amsterdam, the 19th century Seaport, the ships of the port (who and what was aboard), and more! Younger siblings can play in our toy corner with a parent. Families are encouraged to explore the Museum before or after the activities.

Reservations are required by 3:00 pm the day before the event.

All children must be supervised by an adult, so if siblings are attending, we encourage more than one adult to participate with them. Free with Museum admission.
